When COVID struck, we knew we had to do our part to help Constant Contact’s user base of small businesses and non-profits weather the storm. We quickly shifted our marketing plans to provide the guidance and tools they would need to help steer their business through unprecedented challenges.

We created industry-specific guides, with practical tips SMB owners could take immediately. We created short-form videos with real business owners sharing the steps they were taking to survive, and even thrive, through difficult times. We also hosted a series called Power Hour Pro, bringing in celebrity entrepreneurs with their best advice for solving our customers’ biggest problems. We shared it all via our social channels and a comprehensive portal on our site for easy reference.
